My family and I travelled into this Motor Vehicle Division on advice of locals who claim that the Las Vegas NM MVD lacked tactful service. Today I write, to tell all, that the same virus has infected the Pecos Motor Vehicle office as well.
Recognizing that State employees are mostly driven by specific rules of order, these employees need not expose their lack of authority through body language that inures indifference, burn-out and inability to think collaboratively with me the customer. Instead in Pecos, like Las Vegas, you are greeted with a sign that threatens to report you to authorities if your words are not to the employee's liking. The last time I saw a sign like the one in Pecos and Las Vegas was in a bar. Come on Pecos Motor Vehicle, instead of stopping residents from doing business with you, teach us, show us, that you can relate to our frustration, and I bet people will treat you better.
Rude and the witch talks to you like your an idiot. It's funny that they will report you to the authorities if they don't like how they're treated but there's nothing we the customers can do about her bad and lazy attitude. Hey boss supervisors replace her with someone who actually enjoys going to work. Guaranteed there will be a different atmosphere.
Horrible service! Dont bother going if you itll be faster, lady will more than likely turn you away even when your paper work is on point
Slothful and rude service. Even with proper documentation the trollish attendant Wanda refused to help and demanded I go to Las Vegas. I didn't know such ratchety women were allowed to work in small town MVD's. Don't waste your time.
